Great bag for Canon S1
After searching around for the perfect bag for my Canon Powershot S1 I found this one. The main compartment features a moveable divider which makes a perfect fit for the camera and a Panasonic BQ-390 charger. There are also several pockets for accessories 2 side pockets one front pocket one lid pocket. Material is very high quality and I like the cushioned grip on top of the bag. All and all a well designed bag from Lowepro. I highly recommend it.

Winning its "Case"
Initially I purchased the Sony LCS-SRC case for my HDR-SR 7. A great camcorder case for when you're on the go but you don't want to carry all your accessories.
But how about when I need all the accessories? I have the following items that I need for the HDR-SR 7: Camcorder Light
HVL-10NH Sony BCG-34HRMF4 Charger 4 Sony AA Ni-MH Rechargeable Batteries extra Camcorder battery HDMI cable Component cable and the Camera's Power Adapter.
Well the LCS-X30 was the solution for me. For less money than the LCS-SRC I could fit everything I listed above into the LCS-X30! Not to mention I was able to also fit my Sony Cybershot DSC T7 and its charger! All items fit snugly and are very well organized within the parameters of the case. Of course the bag is bulkier than the LCS-SRC but it gets the job done if you want to transport accessories.
I figure I'll be using the case for when I know I'll be traveling or away for a while. I still think the LCS-SRC is a great case. But if you need to bring several accessories along with your camera go with the LCS-X30.

Love it!
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R3ILMIQZ89OWK0 I was happy to find this case on Amazon. The only other place I found it was online at the flip store and it was $50 on that site. When it arrived the first thing I did was a tissue test. Put some toilet paper inside and made sure there was no debris on the seal then submerged it in the kitchen sink for a while. Tissue was dry and so we were off to test this puppy in the pool at the YMCA. It worked great! I had to take the strap off of my flip for it to fit but this case does come with a yellow strap that you can add to it. It floats so no need for dive for your flip if you lose your grip. As another reviewer mentioned make sure you have the right cam to fit this case. I see reviews of people that have bought the 1st gen watercase to fit the 2nd gen ultra hd's and giving bad reviews. There is not a way to attach this to a tripod that I can tell and the hinge at the bottom of the case prevents it from standing up on its own. You will need to capture footage with someone holding it or find a clever way to prop it up. I think if you are dilligent about checking the seal with each use your flip will be fine. It states in the instructions that even one grain of sand or a single strand of hair can cause leaks. I am exicited for next summer to enjoy this in our backyard pool and the water rides at Cedar Point!

Measure Carefully
I recently purchased the "Opteka SLR & DSLR Camera Short Zoom Holster Case w/Adjustable Shoulder Strap" to house my Canon 40D (with 28-135 mm lens) for an up coming trip abroad. The holster arrived promptly to my discovery that it is fractionally too short for my camera.
Re-measuring the 40D with lens and the Opteka holster revealed that the manufacturer touts its SRL & DSLR case with apparently exterior measurements. The camera's external dimensions wont fit inside the case!
I liked the low price thick padding long strap quick function zipper handy extra pocket and black color of this Opteka holster. It is certainly recommended for cameras with lenses smaller than 7.5" L by 6.5" D by 4.5" H. The "Exterior Dimensions: 7 3/4" L x 4 1/4" D x 7 1/2"H" posted @ Amazon are misleading. (This Opteka holster is smaller than this on the inside. It needs to be at least another .5" longer.)
I returned it requesting a refund.

Great for SX100 Series Also
According to the Canon website this case works for PowerShots SX100IS SX100IS (Black) SX110IS and SX200IS. I have the 110 camera Canon Powershot SX110IS 9MP Digital Camera with 10x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom (Black) and the fit is snug but good. The quality of the leather case is excellent with a magnetic clasp a hole in the top for the camera strap and a belt loop on the back. The case is only large enough for the camera so if you need accessories you'll need to accommodate them separately. Protect your camera with this outstanding bargain.

Fits the SD780IS perfectly
If you have a Canon PowerShot SD780IS12.1 MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom and 2.5-inch LCD (Black) get this case immediately. The camera itself doesn't come with any protective case so it'll be good to have this case for protection. It is made specifically for that camera so the fit is excellent. The magnetic clasp is convenient and holds firmly.

fits perfectly
This is a nice cover for the Flip HD. It fits perfectly and really protects the camera from scratches. I dont think it would do much in case of a camera drop. The only problem for me is if you have a tie case it makes the camera hard to get in and out because of the friction. The advantage of the silicone is that you have a much better grip on the camcorder and its not nearly as slippery and thus reduces the chances of an accidental drop which would be the end of the camera most likely. worthwhile product

The belt loop with velcro and snap as well as the way it allows you to open the case without dumping the camera are key.
I actually bought some other model of LowePro case (for my Casio Exilim EX-Z120) then realized the belt loop was different and immediate exchanged it for this one--so glad I did because this case is the best in every respect and at this low price for such high quality it makes an excellent gift that's cheap without being cheaply made.
Seriously the belt loop on this alone is worth the difference in price (which is negligible especially when you consider what it's protecting). The difference here is that this loop opens and closes with velcro and if you don't trust that completely there's a snap to make sure it stays in place as well. Most belt loops on cases are sewn closed or have a clip that might cause you to drop your very expensive camera while running around. You could seriously hang a full grown man from this loop and it wouldn't come open--first rate outdoor gear quality.
But that's not the only brilliant bit. When hanging the case from your neck it's naturally that you would want to have the case open so you have ready access to your camera but not so that it would fall out. So LowePro put nylon on both sides of the inside of the case to keep the camera from falling out even while the zippers are fully open. You can give it a good side to side shake--as would happen during a vigorous walk and the camera will not fall out (most likely).
The clips for the adjustable neck strap are easy to attach and release from the case (or even replace with a more deluxe camera strap if you like) and there's a nifty pocket in front that's big enough to carry spare batteries memory cards money and your various ID and bank cards with an inner mesh pocket for everything from spare batteries and memory to cards and money. I stuffed two media cables and a spare set of AA batteries in there along with all of the above and they fit just fine for a daytime outing or tour.
CON (only one minor one): You will want to rip or cut out the tags sewn into the inside of the case if you want it to be truly free of anything which might scratch a lens or casing--but this is no big deal.
BOTTOM LINE: Overall they designed this case with the kinds of features and construction you would find on a larger pack made to carry much heavier loads and more volume yet didn't overdesign it for its intended purpose. Obviously they field tested this thing and redesigned it as best they could to keep the camera in the case even when on the most active or careless of users and yet maintained an attractive and functional design at an extremely reasonable price. This is not cheaply designed or made just cheaply priced--a real bargain.
Appropriate for the business traveler vacationer outdoor fanatic or even the fashion conscious.

Great Kit for the Nikon D3000/D5000!
I don't write many reviews but feel compelled to do so in this case because I found a number of the other reviews either ambiguous or contradictory. I just couldn't find a clear and simple description of EXACTLY what this case can comfortably hold and ended up waiting far longer than I needed to before I felt comfortable enough to order this case. I really wish that I hadn't waited because it turns out that this is a nice case that holds a great deal. Hopefully this review will help others who want a clear understanding of the capacity of the case.
In simple terms the main compartment of this case easily and comfortably holds: A Nikon D3000 or D5000 with the 18-55mm lens attached a 55-200mm lens and the battery charger and AC cord. All you need to do is remove and reconfigure the partitions so that you use two of the partitions to create three sections within the main compartment. Simple as that. If you don't want to store your camera with the lens attached no problem that works as well and will even create a touch more free space within the main compartment.
The front zippered pocket can store the camera's shoulder strap the video cable the USB cable and several SD cards. It might hold a little more but that's all that I have in there. There are also two small side pockets that can hold extra SD cards or other small fairly flat items of your choosing. For those that really want to carry the manual around there is room for it to rest on top of the main compartment. The top of the case will easily fold over it and buckle closed with no problem.
Hopefully that helps. No guesswork no speculation. Just a factual report of what this case comfortably holds. In short I think that this is a great case for the Nikon D3000 or D5000. It's well constructed and comfortable to carry and although I haven't viewed it yet the DVD seems to be a valuable bonus.

Functional with a touch of style
I bought this for my mom's new digital camera particularly to ensure that the camera didn't break and that there was somewhere to store any extra cards. This handy neoprene case does just that. It's simple and functional. My worry about leather though it looks stylish is will it be cushioned enough if the camera falls or gets bumped. Well this case because of the neoprene will cushion any blows and ensure long life and use of your camera. Good purchase.

Nikon "S" series camera case
A sturdy compact close fitting case that will protect our Nikon S510 camera in case of a fall. It has a loop to carry it on your belt and uses magnets to keep the flap closed (they seem to work pretty good.) Unfortunately it does not have slots for a spare chip and battery. However we use the belt loop to hold the spare battery.

Great Soft Case!
The "Case Logic UP-2" is a very well made soft pouch/case that perfectly fits my Flip Video Ultra Series Camcorder 60-Minutes (White). This case has some great features:
* A silky smooth inside so it will not scratch my lens
* "Locking" draw string wrist strap to keep your camera snug and protected
* Metal ring clip (removable) to attach to a belt loop or shoulder strap
* Very low price for such a well made case
This is well padded enough to protect my camera but still fits in my pants pocket without being too bulky.
Highly recommended!

Fits a DSC-V3 perfectly + some small items
Some of the other reviews here have marked this bag down due to its size but it fits some Sony cameras very well. Best advice is to check out the fit before you buy. For me the DSC-V3 sits inside perfectly without being too tight or too loose. There is no moving around when the case is closed.
There are three compartments to this bag the bottom front the top front and the main compartment. The bottom front can hold about 4 AA batteries (either horizontally or vertically) while the top one is a little smaller perhaps holding memory sticks or flash cards but can also fit 4 AAs. The top one has a small mesh pocket on the inside to prevent the items from slipping out while the bottom and main compartment have nice "side guards" which come up about 1" on the bottom and 2.5" on the main compartment. These side guards are nice in case your zippers aren't fully closed to prevent smaller items from slipping out.
The included shoulder strap is pretty worthless but at least it includes a small strip of padded rubber on the nylon strap. I'd recommend replacing it with the one that came with your camera (if it came with one and you're not using it).
Padding is decent. Best on front and bottom ok on back and weak at the side zippers though there a small bit of padding on the side. The back "belt" clip is a snap button which holds pretty well under stress (so far).
Downsides is the quality and noise of the zippers and not too much of an inner zipper guard for the main compartment so the camera coming out can rub against the plastic teeth.
Overall I am very pleased with this case especially compared to the other selections out there. Ignore the reviews where the guy wants to put his charger his connectors flash tripods shooting lamps assistants and their wives all into this little bag. It's a COMPACT bag that is meant to hold just your camera and a few small items. If you have a V series Sony camera especially the V3 I highly recommend it.

Perfect for the my camera and at a great price!!!
I just purchased the new Sony DSC-W50 and wanted a case to protect it. This is a great case in my opinion. Soft and plush inside but firm and protective on the outside. The camera is held firmly in place from the moment you first slide it in the pocket. The additional small zippered pocket on the outside is handy for extra memory sticks or maybe even an extra battery. The belt loop is very handy and there is even a metal ring so that you can attach it to a carabiner or something of the like if desired. However what I like most is that it will protect your investment and look good doing it. I think it's one of the best buys out there. It can be had for less than $15 delivered from several sellers through Amazon.
